EYH series two-dimensional motion mixer is widely used in pharmaceutical, chemical, food, dye and pesticide industries. It is especially suitable for mixing large volume solid materials. The mixing barrel swings while it rotates in order to ensure the complete mixing of materials.
How it works?
The two-dimensional mixer is mainly composed of three parts: the cylinder, the swing frame and the support. The rotating cylinder is mounted on the swing frame, supported by four rollers. The cylinder of the two-dimensional mixer can move in two directions at the same time, one is the rotation of the cylinder, and the other is swinging with the swing frame. The mixture is rotated, inverted, and mixed in the cylinder, and the mixing motion of the left and right and back and forth with the swing of the cylinder. Under the joint action of the two movements, the material is fully mixed in a short time.
