Broom filament making machine is our developed and upgraded machine which is used for making all kinds of hollow or solid monofilament with the material of PP, nylon, PET, or PE etc. The finished products with high strength can be made for broom monofilament,brush filament or other kinds of brush filament.
This machine unit includes extruder, mould, cold water tank, traction engine (No.1), hot water tank, traction engine (No.2), oil tank, array filamentmachine, frame winding and electronic controller box etc.
