Barrel material is nitriding steel (38CrMoALA), Surface is under nitrogen treatment, thickness ≥0.7mm, Hardness is HRC70. Outer with stainless steel cover .  Heating of barrel is made by Cast aluminum heater.
 
 
Oil circle cooling system : cooling water pump is 0.55kw,automatic Water control solenoid valve. All material for water bank,pump and pipes are made by stainless steel. Pipes with cover to protect and easy maintaince
