Mainly we have two kinds
One kind is model " JT05" , this one without PLC (photo as below); The other one is model "JT06", this one with PLC.
Main Function
1. Pneumatic-hydraulic power convertor provides stable and super working power. Its applied German technology saves energy.
2- Extruders are controlled by PLC system and work automatically. Touch screen makes it convenient to operate.
3- Automatically adjust spacing between two nozzles as per spacer width.
4- Adopts the timing heating and delayed shutdown system.
5- Unique butyl low-quantity alarm system.
6- Temperature sensors on butyl tank ensure the temperature can be regulated accurately.
7- Butyl tank can be opened by hand which makes inspection and maintenance easier.
8. Human-centered extruder height can be adjusted to operators' heights.
9. Available for curved spacer extruding.
